Visit of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Academy

On June 14, 2023, high-ranking military guests arrived at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the leadership of Major General of the Staff Muhammadhasan Bokiri. The delegation was headed by Muhammadhasan Bokiri - Deputy for Education and Training of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Major General of the Headquarters.
At the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, guests were greeted with good Tajik traditions and a high spirit of hospitality. First, the Deputy Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Candidate of Law, Militia Colonel Alizoda A.G. reported to the Deputy for Education and Training of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Major General of the Headquarters Muhammadhasan Bokiri and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Major General of Militia Rahmonzoda S.Kh. about receiving guests.
Then Alizoda A.Sh. acquainted the leadership of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with the delegation of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Subsequently, high-ranking guests were sincerely welcomed after sampling cakes and honey, reading poetry by cadets.
Then the guests went to the building of the faculty of the Academy No. 6. After that, the guests visited the hall of the Academic Council, and the first deputy head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,  A.Sh. Alizoda gave the floor to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Major General of Militia Rakhmonzoda Saidnakhsh Hakim.
In his speech, S.Kh. Rahmonzoda noted that the friendly relations and relations of the Republic of Tajikistan with the Islamic Republic of Iran began from the first days of the Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, and to date, more than 180 cooperation documents have been signed in the field of science, education, politics, economics, culture, etc., in within the framework of cooperation between the two countries.
In this regard, during the trip of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Colonel-General of Militia Rakhimzoda Ramazon Khamro to the Islamic Republic of Iran in May 2021, the parties agreed to establish a joint working group on security to implement the points of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran on law enforcement and security cooperation, September 10, 2014.

In conclusion, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General of Militia Rahmonzoda S.Kh. noted that the efforts of the two countries to solve the problems facing joint cultural bodies bring good results and contribute to further activities in the fight against crime, unwanted actions, dangers that pose a threat to the civilized world, including terrorism and extremism, drug trafficking and weapons.
The Deputy for Education and Training of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Major General of the Headquarters Muhammadhasan Bokiri, in his speech, first expressed his gratitude for the warm and sincere welcome. He noted that indeed the Republic of Tajikistan is very developed in terms of the beauty of squares and buildings, and the order and system are functioning normally. All these successes of the country and the achievement of security and tranquility largely depend on the merits and strong will of the Leader of the nation, respected Emomali Rahmon.
Then the delegation of guests visited the parade ground, familiarizing themselves with the training of cadets, including the disassembly and assembly of a Makarov pistol and a Kalashnikov assault rifle. After that, they got acquainted with the activities of the test center of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In conclusion, the parties came to the conclusion about the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation in the direction of the exchange of experience.
