Cameras are installed on street floodlights, in the corridors of administrative buildings, and around administrative buildings, in classrooms, and all of this is under the direct supervision and supervision of responsible personnel from checkpoints. The cameras are connected via local networks, their control points are located in the duty station, departments and faculties.
Most of the cameras were connected to the leadership of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where the opportunity to monitor what was happening was available through the Internet network anywhere via a mobile phone.
296More than 100 cameras are designed to monitor educational activities, which are under the supervision of responsible employees of the educational department, faculties and military training units. The cameras, which are used to guide the learning process, come with one-way and two-way voice recording.
297In this context, the cameras are aimed at further improving control over the quality of education in the training and education of students, as well as the accountability of teachers and, in general, all persons involved in this process.
This device is also installed in the office of the head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Major General of Militia Sharifzoda Faizali Rahmonali. The work process in the educational institution, this device constantly monitors the progress of the work process, both from the office and through a mobile phone.
Sharifzoda Fayzali Rakhmon notes: “The activity of video cameras in an educational institution has already made a great contribution to the disclosure of many shortcomings committed in the learning process by teachers, officials, cadets and students.”
Every day this process is monitored by responsible employees of the education department, a report is drawn up on the shortcomings of teachers and students that arise during the lesson and recorded in a notebook for monitoring the educational process, and the relevant structures of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs take action.

Since installation, CCTV cameras have recorded a number of defects in classrooms, special offices, and training rooms. So:
- the use of mobile phones by teachers, cadets and students becomes obvious during classes;
- arrival to class and exit of the teacher from class;
- cases of teachers leaving the classroom for a long period of time;
- teachers talking on a mobile phone outside the classroom;
- transfer of classes without approval from the education department;
- cases of teachers' time off.
It should be especially noted that we already know how teachers give students knowledge and conduct classes very diligently. And at the same time, we can clearly see which teachers do not conduct training according to the requirements. In general, video cameras in a certain way show the level of discipline among students, cadets and teachers, and also warn the Academy management about the presence of obstacles and problems.
And finally, surveillance equipment recorded many positive and negative aspects of the activity, against which specific measures were taken by management and authorized persons.
Continuing the words of the respected head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, we can add that where surveillance cameras record all actions second by second, there will be no disorder and disobedience!
